Real estate sales representative since the early 1990’s, Carolina has been with Gallo Real Estate Ltd. for approximately 30 years. Carolina builds close relationships with her clients, as she believes understanding their needs is paramount in buying or selling homes. First-time home buyers and experienced buyers have described Carolina's professionalism as genuine, patient, and confident, with a great breadth of knowledge about the market. Carolina provides honest advice and guidance to ensure a positive, comfortable, and successful process. 

Carolina and her family currently reside in Stouffville after living in Markham for more than 30 years. She has held various staff positions at the City of Markham, including working as an executive assistant to ward and regional councillors and Deputy Mayor . From 2006 to 2014 she had the privilege of serving her community as Markham's Ward 4 Councillor. Carolina is still actively involved  in many community activities and associations, such as the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation luncheon and gala committees and a Member of Woodhaven Family Council.
